The CoolSeven unit is based on the direct evaporation principle with the refrigerant circulating between one indoor unit and one outdoor unit. The outdoor compressor unit is equipped with an inverter-controlled BLDC compressor that enables automatic regulation of the cooling power (up to 8 kW maximum). Thanks to the separation of the indoor and outdoor units, there is no need for additional room ventilation. The CoolSeven unit is designed for direct installation in 19"" cabinets, where it occupies the height of seven rack units (7U). In addition to the refrigerant piping, power and communication lines, the unit must also be connected to the condensate drain. The highly efficient evaporator of the internal cooling unit is treated with a special hydrophilic coating that minimizes the risk of condensate escaping, while the fans are extremely power-efficient thanks to EC technology. Air flow and cooling performance are automatically controlled thanks to a built-in controller with special CONTEG software. The unit is equipped with a compact LCD display for setting and checking cooling parameters. For communication with BMS systems, the unit is equipped with an integrated MODBus RTU interface. Optionally, the unit can be equipped with a network card (SNMP, WEB server, Logger, E-mail, FTP PUSH, MODBus TCP/IP, BACnet...). The CoolSeven unit is extremely user-friendly and simple to set up while also offering more complex advanced functions. The first start-up and subsequent operation of the unit is therefore very easy and efficient. |
